Preparatory Meeting Call for Proposal (CfP) SGP Indonesia – Cycle 1

Jakarta, 10 – 12 September 2019. Preparatory Meeting for Launching of the SGP Indonesia Cycle 1, held at Rumah Kemuning -Penabulu Foundation, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The preparatory meeting took place between Penabulu and ACB with the main discussion related to the progress report of preparation of the Cycle 1 Small Grant Program which will be launched on September 16, 2019. The meeting was attended by ACB (4 people) and Guenther Meyer representatives from GITEC – KFW, and SGP Indonesia Work Team (4 people).

The meeting discussed Meeting of Minutes (MoM) and agreements reached during the Joint Coordination Meeting held on 11-12 July 2019, progress report, and documents pending and issues that need to be addressed.

In the collaborative management plan document of the SGP Indonesia Small Grants Program in both Gunung Leuser National Park and Way Kambas National Park, Penabulu as a Service Provider, ensures baseline data to measure inputs and outputs derived from activities implemented by grantees and also ensure outputs from the results of activities carried out by grant recipients. And Penabulu as a Service Provider will hold a Coaching Clinic in Lampung and Medan to help potential grantees (porponents) in how to fill out proposals online through the GraMMS application.

During the meeting, ACB and Penabulu held a coordination event in the Meeting Room Dierectorat of Biodiversity Conservation – DG KSDAE MoEF to finalize preparations for the launch of the Cycle 1 SGP Indonesia Small Grants Program.

Ms. Nining Ngudi Purnamaningtyas (Chair of the Sub Directorate of Implementing of International Convenience Treaty) hopes to start Cycle 1 early due to busy activities at the end of the year and anticipation of restructuring after the cabinet of the new government of Republic of Indonesia. The collective agreement was taken by shortening the time of SGP Indonesia Cycle 1 before the cabinet changes took place after October 2019.

Pertemuan Persiapan Panggilan Hibah Kecil SGP Indonesia Siklus 1

Jakarta 10 – 12 September 2019. Pertemuan Persiapan Peluncuran Panggilan Hibah Kecil SGP Indonesia Siklus 1, bertempat di Rumah Kemuning Yayasan Penabulu, Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan. Pertemuan persiapan tersebut berlangsung antara Penabulu dengan ACB dengan pokok pembahasan terkait perkembangan persiapan Program Hibah Kecil Siklus 1 yang akan luncurkan tanggal 16 September 2019. Pertemuan ini dihadiri oleh ACB (4 orang) dan Guenther Meyer perwakilan dari GITEC – KFW, dan Tim Kerja SGP Indonesia.

Pertemuan membahas Risalah dan kesepakatan yang dicapai selama Rapat Koordinasi Bersama yang diadakan pada tanggal 11-12 Juli 2019, kemajuan yang dicapai hingga saat ini, dan dokumen yang tertunda serta masalah yang perlu ditangani.

Dalam dokumen rencana pengelolaan kolaboratif Program Hibah Kecil SGP Indonesia baik di Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser dan Taman Nasional Way Kambas, Penabulu sebagai Service Provider, memastikan marka dasar (baseline data) untuk mengukur input dan output yang berasal dari kegiatan yang diimplementasi oleh penerima hibah serta memastikan keluaran dari hasil aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh penerima hibah.

Meninjau kembali kesepakatan pada Program Management Manual (PMM) tentang desain kesepakataan bersama dalam program Hibah Kecil Indonesia untuk kedepannya dalam memberikan informasi kepada penerima hibah dan jumlah hibah yang akan diterima oleh mereka. Dan Penabulu sebagai Service Provider akan mengadakan Coaching Clinic di Lampung dan Medan untuk membantu para calon penerima hibah dalam tata cara mengisi proposal secara online melalui aplikasi GraMMS.

Disela pertemuan,  ACB dengan Penabulu melakukan pertemuan koordinasi di Ruang Rapat KKH – DG KSDAE, KLHK untuk mematangkan persiapan peluncuran Program Hibah Kecil – SGP Indonesia Siklus 1.

Ibu Nining Ngudi Purnamaningtyas (Chair of Sub Directorat of Implementing of International Convenant Treaty) berharap dapat memulai Siklus 1 lebih awal karena agenda akhir tahun dan antisipasi restrukturisasi paska kabinet pemerintahan Republik Indonesia yang baru. Kesepakatan bersama diambil dengan memperpendek waktu SGP Indonesia Siklus 1 sebelum perubahan kabinet berlangsung pada setelah Oktober 2019.

Meeting of the Parties Follow-up on Cooperation between DG KSDAE and Penabulu Foundation

Jakarta, September 2, 2019. The Meeting of the Parties between the Bureau of Relations and Technical Cooperation of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation (SetDA Directorate General of KSDAE) and Service Providers – Penabulu Foundation was held at the SetDit Office of Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation – (KSDAE) of the Republic of Indonesia. The Meeting of the Parties discussed the follow up of cooperation between the KSDAE and the Penabulu Foundation under the umbrella of the cooperation of the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB).

Discussion is more focused on adjusting the Memorandum of Understanding which has long been signed to adjust to the needs of the Penabulu Foundation in carrying out its role as a Service Provider. The Penabulu Foundation is expected to restructure the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding (NK) so that it can be more focused in this grant program under the umbrella of the ACB. Penabulu Foundation as a Service Provider is expected to have a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with Gunung Leuser National Park and Way Kambas National Park as a derivative of a Memorandum of Understanding (NK) that gives space to the Penabulu Foundation as a Service Provider conducting activities in two (2) Technical Implementation Units (UPT) in the two national parks.

The meeting was closed by rescheduling in the final discussion on the scope to be adjusted in the Memorandum of Understanding (NK) as an amendment or addendum by stating which areas were the working areas of the Penabulu Foundation as a service provider.

Pertemuan Para Pihak Tindak Lanjut Kerjasama KLHK-KSDAE dan Yayasan Penabulu

Pertemuan Para Pihak antara Biro Hubungan dan Kerja Sama Teknis Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Konservasi Sumber Daya Aalam dan Ekosistem (SetDitJen KSDAE) dan Service Provider – Yayasan Penabulu dilaksanakan di Kantor SetDitJen Konservasi Sumberdaya Alam dan Ekosistem – (KSDAE) Republik Indonesia. Pertemuan Para Pihak mendiskusikan  tindak lanjut kerjasama antara KSDAE dengan Yayasan Penabulu dibawah payung kerjasama ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB).

Pembahasan Diskusi lebih difokuskan pada penyesuaian Nota Kesepahaman yang telah lama ditandatangani unutk disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Yayasan Penabulu dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai Service Provider. Yayasan Penabulu diharapkan menyusun ulang ruang lingkup dalam Nota Kesepahaman (NK) agar lebih dapat terfokus dalam program hibah ini yang dipayungi oleh ACB. Yayasan Penabulu sebagai Service Provider diharapkan memiliki Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS)  dengan Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser dan Taman Nasional Way Kambas sebagai turunan Nota Kesepahaman (NK) yang memberikan ruang kepada Yayasan Penabulu sebagai Service Provider melakukan kegiatan di dua (2) Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) pada kedua taman nasional tersebut.

Pertemuan ini ditutup dengan dengan menjadwalkan kembali dalam pembahsan final ruang lingkup untuk disesuaikan dalam Nota Kesepahaman (NK) sebagai amandemen atau adendum dengan menyebutkan daerah mana saja yang menjadi wilayah kerja Yayasan Penabulu sebagai service provider.
