Cancellation of LPPM University of Lampung as Grantees of Small Grants from SGP Indonesia Cycle 1

Dr. Lusmeilia Afriani, DEA, Chairperson of the LPPM, University of Lampung, signed the Minutes of Handover of Refunds for the SGP Indonesia Trance 1 Grants

The long process of communication since April 2020 related to disagreement in the grant agreement between LPPM UNILA and the Pena Bulu Foundation regarding a separate bank account from other projects as a result of changing the internal structure of the rector and the management policies of state universities in Indonesia, so state universities are not allowed to have more one account.

Meanwhile, the Grant Agreement that has already been signed, LPPM UNILA must have a separate bank account for the management of the SGP Indonesia’s small grant program. After a long negotiation, the SP agreed with the LPPM UNILA program manager to end the collaboration where the LPPM UNILA resigned as the recipient of the grant on 28 June 2020, LPPM UNILA resigned as the recipient of a small grant of SGP Indonesia Cycle 1. Consequently, LPPM UNILA returned the grant has been transferred by LPPM UNILA in the first tranche of EUR15,381 to the Pena Bulu Foundation. Completion of the refund was carried out in early July and on July 23, LPPM UNILA signed the Official Report of the Handover of the SGP Indonesia Small Grants Refunds in the LPPM UNILA Hall, Rectorate Building, University of Lampung.
