Financial Management Training for SGP indonesia Grantees on Cycle 1
Penabulu Foundation as a Service Provider organizes Financial Management Training for SGP Indonesia Grantees on Cycle 1 with the aim of managing and accountable finance and programs accountably and understanding the achievement targets in SGP Indonesia. This training took place in two (2) cities, namely: Hermes Hotel – Medan, North Sumatra, which was held on 9 – 11 December 2019 and the Grand Anugerah Hotel in Bandar Lampung on 17 – 19 December 2019. The training which lasted for three (3) days in Medan was opened by Mr. Joko representing the Head of the Gunung Leuser National Park Office and attended by representatives from the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB). While the training that took place in Lampung was held for three (3) days at the Grand Anugerah Bandar Lampung Hotel, opened by Mr. Subakhir, Head of Way Kambas National Park.
Participants who took part in the training were grantees of SGP Indonesia Cycle 1 in Gunung Leuser National Park, namely: WALHI Sumatera Utara, YOSL-OIC, PETAI, Vesswick and Ekosisitem Lestari Foundation and Way Kambas National Park, namely: UNILA, Alert and PILI Green Network.
The material provided during this training was about financial management and program management aimed at making it easier for Small Grant Recipients to respond to financial reports and program reporting.
During the financial management training process facilitated by Mr. Paul Mario Ginting, Ms. Nurul Ariska Ferani, and Mr. Sugiarto Arif Santoso who were the working team of Service Provider – Penabulu for SGP Indonesia.
