General Requirements

Terms of Proponent Small Grantees

Local or National Civil Society Organizations:

  • Non-profit civil society organizations or University or research Centre
  • Has official institutional legality stipulated in law 17/2013 on Public Organizations (Foundation, Society, Registered Certificate/SKT)
  • Have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate General of Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems (DJKSDAE) -Ministry of the Environment and Forestry (MoEF), or have a Cooperation Agreement with the Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas National Park , or Recommendation Letter from the Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas National Park Office during the process of submitting the Cooperation Agreement
  • Willing to register the proposed organization to Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas as a candidate for proposal submission for the login and password submittion by GraMMS;
  • Drafting technical proposals and budget proposals in accordance with the grant guide
  • Willing to enter a technical proposal and budget on the Program Management and Monitoring System (GraMMS) of has been provided by the Service Provider and ACB
  • Pass the Assessment administration and Substantive Proposal

Terms of Candidate for Micro Grantees

  • Community-Based Organization and Civil Society Organization in the vicinity of the Gunung Leuser National Park (GLNP) and Way Kambas National Park (WKNP) areas with support letters from village leaders and letters of recommendation from the Chair of the Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas National Park related to participation in the Micro grants Program SGP Indonesia.
  • Local or National civil society organisations that are foundations and/or associations or university or Research Center that already have: (1) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Directorate General of Natural Resources Conservation and Ecosystem (DG KSDAE) of Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF); or (2) A cooperation agreement with the Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas National Park; or other(3) Recommendation letter from the Chair of Gunung Leuser National Park and/or Way Kambas National Park during the filing process cooperation agreements.
